We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately after an order is placed we cannot make any modifications. Non the less, if your package is returned, we will proceed sending it to the correct address.

Please note that due to high demand, orders may experience a slightly longer processing time than usual. We want to be transparent with you, and we want to make sure you're aware that shipping delivery times may vary between product. WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
Your order can be cancelled for the following reasons:
- High Risk order classification by Shopify
- We only allow a max of 4 pairs of Response CL "Paso Fino" for your FIRST order and only ONE order per customer of Response CL "Paso Fino". If your second order includes the item Response CL "Paso Fino" it will automatically get cancelled. -
